The staff is amazing they have been working with me on lower back pain and after just 2 visits I feel 100% better. If you have any lower back issues come to 21st Century Rehab they will fix you up!!!!!!!

I strongly recommend Jamie at 21st Century Rehab in Boone! I drove from State Center for my physical therapy and it was well worth it!! She was easy to talk to and I felt she truly cared about my care and getting my knee back to 100%. Jodi at the front desk is always so pleasant and would have a big smile on her face when I walked in the door!! If you’re in need of any physical therapy definitely consider making an appointment here!!

I was able to make an appointment within one day of calling. Jamie listened and knew exactly how to start with me and after years of illness, we started slow. No judgment and no pushing me to do more than I can handle which could make relapse. Friendly personal extremely professional too.
