I've been in the customer service sector for over 30 years and rarely have seen this level of excellence and professionalism. I cannot think of one thing they could have done differently.nnThe reason for requesting their services can never be a pleasant one, yet they turned this very unpleasant situation into a positive one with the perfect amount of empathy, communication and action. We've been using D&D for about 8 months now. I contacted them about a terrible spider problem we had in the acreage we had just moved into. They came out the next day and we have scheduled them every 3 months to come back! Our spider problem is gone and we are very pleased. Highly recommend them!
Don was quick, efficient, affordable and super friendly. I needed help getting rid of ants in my kitchen and he squeezed me in his schedule so I wouldn't have to wait. I will definitely call him in the future for any pest control needs!!
