Kassidy is so rude to her customer’s and employees. When I asked her to correct my order she snotty towards-me & starting yelling at employees for messing up my order. My children were present while she was yelling at me. I will never return!

Tonight my husband went through the drive thru to get a quick dinner. He waited for 20 minutes to get our food he specifically told them about a food allergy. Double checked with staff when bag was given that allergen was not included on sandwich. Gets home and has not only the wrong sandwich in general but also with allergen included. I attempted to call it was busy than rang forever, finally drove back since they couldn’t manage to answer and I didn’t get to have dinner. They seemed irritated I came back and just jumbled my sandwich together. We hadn’t been in months since we were left to wait at the pull forward spot for 20 minutes and they forgot about us. It’s just not even worth it anymore, you don’t get what you order and you wait between 20-45 minutes regularly.

The workers was rude and streaming eacher in front of my son and didn't get my order right and had to remembered them to gave me my drink and I had them fix my son cheeseburger they made wrong ud83dude21

My family and I stopped thru the drive-thru for this McDonalds. It took 20 minutes to get up to the lane to place our order. We ordered chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich in a meal. Once we placed our order and paid, it took another 20 minutes to receive our food. Approximately 10 vehicles received their food before us. Multiple employees stopped outside and asked us what our order was but did not have our order in their hands. We go to McDonalds restaurants on a regular basis and this has been the absolute worst service we have ever received at a McDonalds restaurant. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.nnAfter complaining we did receive our money back for the order.
