I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Blue Sky. The office staff is very flexible and gives excellent customer service. Dr. Poss truly makes you feel like a family member and walks through the entire process, putting anyone with anxiety at ease. Highly recommend!
We could not have been happier with Blue Sky, Dr. Poss and his team!!! We have twins who both had braces! They made the whole process extremely easy, simple, and we knew what to expect along the way. They also volunteer their time at our elementary school which I think is fantastic!!! I will be recommending them to everyone and have along the way. I am sure our two youngest will be paying a visit to them as well! Thanks BLUE SKY ORTHODONTICS!
Dr. Poss and the Blue Sky Orthodontics staff are outstanding! They were friendly, welcoming, caring, and professional every time I walked through the door throughout my orthodontic treatment process! As an adult receiving care, they were very flexible to my schedule and needs and ensured I was satisfied with my results before releasing me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Poss and his team to anyone in the Ames area!
Three of my children have received orthodontic care at Blue Sky Orthodontics. I was impressed with the staff from the initial consultation to the completion of treatment. Appointments were easy to schedule in time frames that accommodated my schedule. The office manager was wonderful with assisting me in a payment plan that was manageable.nnDr Poss was warm, friendly, and got to know my kids on a personal basis. His staff are amazing, inviting, and efficient always making sure they explained what they were doing prior to doing it. They somehow took that fear away from a trip to the dentist.nnMy children now have smiles that they are proud of thanks to the expertise of this clinic!
GREAT TEAM!! They really know their business. I have been so pleased with both of my children's braces. The process they took to get them there was so caring and kind. Also, my children were always at ease when they had an appointment. And they know just what to do to make the process work and what's best for the child. They do beautiful work. My children's teeth look so good. They work with the insurance company themselves..... very impressive. The financial part they made me feel so comfortable. DEFINITELY CHOOSE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S BRACES!
