Bought a dishwasher on sale at Home Depot. They scheduled a delivery a month later. Come time for delivery, they never showed up. We called and they said it was on backorder. They never called us or nothing. So we went to Lowe's and basically the same thing happened. Then we went to Direct Appliance. They price matched the Home Depot sale price and we had it that week. Very happy with them. We won't even bother with the big box stores for appliances anymore, except checking their prices.

They did a great job. but with the covert 19 there were shortages of appliances. Not their fault

Great service from the Cedar Falls location. The installer did a great job and our kitchen was cleaner when he left than it was before he arrived.
