We have both our cars and home insured through First Intl Insurance/North Star Mutual. I work with Jennifer G. and she's beyond awesome. We recently had a basement flooding and both First Intl and North Star went above and beyond to take care of us. The accident happened on Saturday and I had emailed First Intl. They got back to me first thing Monday and I was connected with an adjuster from North Star within few hours. The adjuster came by promptly, took a tour, asked few questions, spoke with the water restoration crews on the property etc. Rob N. from North Star was equally amazing to his task and did an excellent job explaining what was covered and what was not covered. He also explained what to save and what to discard to support our claim etc. We promptly got our check and upon discovering some further damage, they quickly processed our add-on claims to the existing one.nnI cannot speak highly enough as to how our claim was handled. We are very appreciative of the responsive, and courteous service we received.nn- The Hoque Family.
