Marcus College Square Cinema

Absolutely disgusting experience. Started off at the concessions.. where the MANAGER dropped someones bag of popcorn on the filthy floor.. then proceeded to refill it and gave it to the customer in front of me! If that wasn't bad enough, we get into the theatre and everywhere is trashed. Nothing had been cleaned prior to the showing. This included drinks still in cup holders and popcorn/buckets everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. I would've gone to the manager to share this feedback.. but then again, the manager was one of the biggest issues.

Fun place to take the kids. The theater is smaller than others I have been in but it also isn't generally all the busy when we go in. The times that I have gone the theaters seemed clean and neat. Slightly outdated but over all a good experience.

Comfortable seats. Volume wasn't too loud. Free refill on our large popcorn.

Sure wish they'd update their seating to have reclined seats, but the customer service is always pleasant.
