I brought my wedding ring in to have the shank repaired as well as some prongs retipped. What an incredible job they did but retipped additional prongs at no extra cost, What a generous unexpected surprise. And as always my wedding set looks as beautiful as the day I first wore it and then some. Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much!

I needed to have my loose stone on my ring to be reset. Since I did not purchase my ring here, I called to see if they would be able to help. They said yes, please come in so they could take a closer look. They briefly described the different possible options in order to get the stone set properly. Very polite over the phone and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, a very unique and comfortable setting. Not your cookie-cutter jewelry store. My 14 karat white gold band also had some scratches from wear and tear. They asked me if I'd like to have those repaired as well. They weren't looking to upsell me, just wanted to make sure my ring looked even better than it already did. Again, they gave me a thorough explanation about their unique processes. After a few days my ring was done, and when they brought it out, my jaw dropped! It was absolutely stunning! There's a reason why they've been around for many years in this area. I'm very happy that I decided to go there and will highly recommend them to anyone who would like a unique, no pressure and relaxed experience. They know what they're doing and I plan to return some day for any future purchases.

Thank you so much guys! Dave and Andy will treat you fairly and they are expert at what they do. Yes, I am saying this about a jewelry store! I went here in '01 to buy an engagement ring and haven't gone anywhere else since. They helped me out recently for a very special surprise. I couldn't be happier.
