Very poor customer service. Four employees working with only one helping a customer at the register with 3 people waiting in line for over 10 minutes.

Worst customer service. Employees were extremely rude, unaccommodating, and openly talked about how terrible their boss is using crude language in front of customers. No sense of professionalism whatsoever. Any other auto part store would probably be leaps and bounds ahead of the service you will get at this O'Reilly's.

I'd give no stars if I could. Very rude manager, said I couldn't use the bathroom unless I bought something without knowing I shop at these stores frequently.
