we had our bathroom done by bath planet, we are very pleased with the work they have done, Brian the installer did a fantastic job, he is very talented and has attention to detail. our representative jeff helped us out through each step and went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend this company for your bathroom needs!

We had a new bath tub put in our home and I still can’t believe how quick and easy the installation process was. Mike was back out to our house again to check up on the project and to make sure everything was running smoothly. During the installation, he installers brought us in to show the different things they were doing and made it extremely fun to watch the whole transformation happen. The sales rep and installation crew were all extremely helpful and informative. We had plenty of questions and they answered every one and then some. One of the most important things that helped us with our need to get the bathroom started was all off the financing options available. I would recommend anyone looking at getting a new bathroom completed to check This

Overall, we are extremely happy with how our bathroom turned out. During the installation there was a problem with a part being delivered in the expected timeframe. However, the company rectified the issue in a timely manner with quality and friendly service. Ever since they completed the project, we have had no issues with our new shower and floor. We highly recommend getting work done through them!

We hired Bath Planet to remove and install a new shower system in our basement. We were in dire need of a new unit to fit our household needs. Despite, a small hiccup with the installer, he did a phenomenal job installing and cleaning up. We love our simulated tile walls, thick acrylic base, and the lifetime warranty backed by Good Housekeeping! Although the initial salesman didn’t follow up right away, the company reached out a few months later to set a follow up appointment! And a little over two years later, Jonathan and Alec came out to inspect the unit, we are tremendously happy and they even cleaned up the tiny spot of silicone that was a little thick and even showed us how to take the bracket off where the two shower doors meet. This is a great company & great people, and love the communication these guys have given us! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had Bath Planet/Your Home Improvement Company put in a new bathtub and a new Patio door for us in 2014 and 2016. Mike came out to our house the other day to check up on our products that were installed 4 & 6 years ago. Our patio door needed to be recalibrated so Mike put in a service for them to come back out and correct it for us. When both projects were installed, the installation crews were phenomenal and extremely courteous. If anyone is looking at getting any home remodeling done, I highly suggest you give this company a call.
