Were hired to replace air conditioning. Also needed a water heater replaced and said they could do that as well. First, took over 6 hours to get air installed--ok, maybe that's normal. Put in water heater and left with it leaking. It's 4:15, call to tell them. Their solution? Can you keep your water shut off until tomorrow? REALLY????? No, we cannot; so they come back to fix. And leave the FULL water heater behind. No help to move it, nothing. If they didn't want to do that part, maybe they just should have said so from the beginning. Left a nice mess behind as well. Certainly do NOT recommend.
I have had Jim Hundley reps out to my home several times to include Whole House Humidifier install, programable thermostat install, AC tune up, and fireplace inspection. Each time they have arrived as scheduled, been very thorough, very friendly, and charged reasonable rates. I will continue to have them service my equipment in the future and would recommend them to others.
All I can say is they were great!!!
Called due to furnace making a loud noise on a -50 with windchill day. Unknown to us the road was drifted over 1/3 of a mile from our house. The serviceman walked in the Arctic weather to assure we were ok and arrived with a smile! :) will be using them to install our new furnace.
Good service. Fixed problem right away
