Went in Riddles today at the Crossroads Mall to see if they could fix my Fossil watch band. My girlfriend and I ordered a few sets of pins off Amazon and there are so many different sizes and thicknesses, it is impossible to know which one you need. Riddles was happy to fix it, it was done in a few minutes and didn't even charge me! They are awesome!

Been shopping at Riddle's Jewelry for a few years and never had a problem. I've had a stone come off a ring and had it fix without a hassle (warranty of course). Had a ring made for my husband without any issues, staff has always been friendly and helpful. Love the fact they do a short term layaway too, whether we were getting a special piece or I just decided I needed something it's been great.
