Was there tonight with a group of women (30) from our church. The Manager was there and he was the only server along with only one cook to help him. They both went ABOVE & BEYOND customer satisfaction!! They both did a marvelous job tonight. Hands down the very best customer service we've had. Thank you so much Waterloo Perkins!! ud83eudd19
Love the buy one get one free on Wednesday. They make the best wildberry pie everyone should try it. Have your waitress warm it up a bit. Its awesome
The food was great, although having tater tots in a breakfast skillet was a bit odd. Good, but odd.nThe service was great. Very friendly and helpful.nThe thing that lost them a star is that midway through our meal, they started pushing tables together and seated a group of people right next to us. Definitely closer than 6 feet. That wasn't appreciated at all.
Our food was great! Super hot and fresh everything was delicious. Ive had some not so great experiences here but you can tell things have changed. Staff was very friendly and attentive our waitress was on top of everything!
I used to go to the one that was on university before it closed. This one has great service and clean sitting areas the only down fall was ordering a $20 12oz steak from the menu and it was giving to me like it was thrown onto the plate. I like Perkins but it'll be awhile before I go back!
