We were at a loss how to deal with the sewage backup we had over the weekend. After we had the issue taken care of, we called these guys to come sanitize, and they came the same day. Our washing machine broke a few months ago, causing water damage to our floors, walls, and basement ceilings. We called ServiceMaster Restore right away, and no exaggeration, they were here within 30 minutes on a Sunday. They restored our home and were great to work with throughout the entire process. They showed up right away to assess the water damage and started working to clean it up right away. They came back to check on the drying process regularly and were always available when we called with questions. After it was cleaned up and dry they helped us put it all back together in a prompt manner. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
I hired these guys to clean up our dirty carpets because was having trouble with allergies. They went above and beyond everything we asked for. I was amazed at the difference they made for us. The service man called me to be sure he was doing everything we asked for. The carpet was almost like new when they were finished. I will definitely be hiring them in the future.
