Very good carpenter, excellent workmanship, definitely would hire him again.
HORRIBLE experience that stretched on for months. Told us he had ordered our windows (before we approved him to do so) and that he would install 3rd week of September. He never showed up and never gave us an update. For weeks and months we asked him for updates and he ignored us. I asked him for proof he had ordered the windows at all and he never responded. Weeks later he sent a letter by attorney that he no longer wanted to do our windows. I cannot state enough how awful this experience has been.
My wife and I were in process of remodeling our home. We had carpet lined up to get done and they said we needed to have tile done first before they could lay carpet. I called around and Chris said he would be there on said Tuesday or Wednesday, and would be done by end of week for carpet to be done following week.... Tuesday comes and goes, so I figure hes coming Wednesday. Nope. Nothing on Wednesday. I called and left voicemails over the next 3 days. I have yet to ever get a call back....
