Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch has very professional staff, friendly outpatient services, and serve amazing children. There are children who do not agree with certain things the Ranch believes, or teaches, however no one is forced to partake in anything they don't believe in. Many kids come back years later in life and report how much the Ranch impacted their lives, but most are unable to see it at the time they are in placement. I have seen first hand how excited past residents are to see staff members out in public after discharging!nnAnd PS, Sara Nelson, Lori is one of the nicest people you will ever meet :)

rude staff, allow continuous mistreatment and emotional as well as physical trauma to occur with zero effort to stop it. a horrible place. the pit of hell, truly. they'll push religion onto you and make you wish you were dead, but talking to people is a trap that'll make everything much worse. really a great place, clearly.
