This place is still pretty new. A large, modern residence for students, I'm glad the university went through with this project. If you're an incoming student, definitely consider living here.
It’s nice to live on campus but still have apartment style living. If you want to continue living on campus but are tired of eating dining center food, you can get a reduced (or no) meal plan and make your own meals more often to offset the higher housing cost.
Expansive if you are not UNI student, you would pay $240 a ween instead of $115 as you was expecting. I am giving 4 stars because of price. I am new to the aria, so I had no clue, I will find cheaper house next summer
Very nice residence hall, its apartment style and very much feels like a gated community. A little pricy, but a very nice set of buildings.
