Stopped in to get the battery replaced in my Seiko watch before going to Target next door. Like a dummy, I waited for 45 min. as others were there before me and I had the time. The sales lady did replace the battery but I declined the offer to join the Free Battery Replacement for Life Club for $25.nFast forward 3 weeks, the replacement battery was died. I’m pretty sure she gave me someone’ else’s old battery for the $16 I paid. I wonder if anyone else in or out of the battery club has had the same results I did. I will never set foot in this store again for any reason! There is no reason this person should be employed to provide any type of customer service here or any where else. Even if your job is boring treating customers with respect is your job. Making them wait so they browse is ridiculous when you don’t have enough staff to help more than one customer at a time anyway.nF.Y.I: This was way before the Covid-19 crisis.

One of the worst experiences in my life I went into the store trying to purchase a ring for my fiancé then got ignored for 20 minutes. Then when telling them my price range they completely ignore it and go higher just so they could get more commission. Listen to your customers.
