I bought my first Lilly Barrack ring here and loved it so much I went back the same day for a necklace that closely matches. Kelsey was so wonderful to shop with - she explained details of each item and was so patient while I tried on various pieces. I called her after I left and asked about items that might match my new ring. She texted photos of several things to my cell. I went back and quickly purchased the necklace before leaving town. Huge thank you to Kelsey - excellent customer care! I would recommend using navigation the first time you go as the store does not stand out well from street view. There is adequate parking behind the building.

I love Lilly Barrack jewelry and the customer service is amazing. Everytime I go in any of the locations I am treated so well, no matter how much I am spending. The designs are so unique, most make a major statement but there are some more classic pieces as well. I highly recommend you dump out the "big bowl" and see what fun things you find in there.

For many years Lilly Barrack has been my go-to jewelry store. Prices are great, jewelry designs are unique and gorgeous. And prior to the present, the staff has always been helpful and welcoming - no more. The new self-proclaimed store manager is ignorant, rude and unprofessional. I won't be going back. Update: I think they fired her! Back to 5 stars!!

Visited the shop on Central Blvd. Staff was very helpful. Very nice jewelery.

This location is ok, but honestly I prefer the selection, larger size, and location in general of the one on Rio Grande. Each store has different stuff and I'm not crazy about the selection this one has.
