A manager and I discussed the price of a wedding band in December and agreed on 500$. After they reopened a new manager told me the lowest he would go on my ring is 900$ and wont honor the other managers price. I was supposed to have the ring in april for my wedding in may and I understand covid shut them down for a bit but by the time they shut down my ring should have been made. I should have gotten my ring a month ago and they just got it because they didnt put the order in until 2 months ago. I am trying to be patient but the 400$ jack in price and the fact my ring never would have made it even without covid is extremely frustrating and I dont think its right

I was just into the store to pick up both pieces of jewelry. One of the pieces were ready the ring. I was very displeased there was still bending in the ring. I paid for the warranty for a reason. If you are unable to bend the ring out smoothly by your Master Craftsman as you put it I want the ringnreplaced it does not look nice.

Worst experience ever. Ordered my fiancé’s wedding band at the end of June to be sized and engraved. The order to send it off was not sent until Aug. 14 and only after I called to check on the status of the ring. After the tungsten ring came in, I was told that it was unable to be engraved because it was tungsten. When I went to pick up the ring, the wrong ring had been sent off to be sized. It was too late at that point to have anything done. Nothing was done to compensate all my trouble. I will never buy from them again!

BUYER BEWARE!nnA year ago my wife and i purchased wedding rings from our local store,We were advised that if we made all our payments on time for the year there would be ZERO interest. We auto paid all the way through to avoid a interest charge at the end of the year. We paid on time and without error for the entire year. We used your online service and stayed paperless. Yet instead of being free and clear at the end of the term as we were told by the store employee Kay Jewelers/ Comenity Bank went ahead and added the interest to the end after the final payment went through, when we discovered that this was 1 day after the anniversary date,again this date was set by you! I should not have to pay the interest on my credit card for kay jewelers bad practices. And this sort of behavior clearly displays that kind of dishonesty and misleading customers! I spent 12 days calling between the two companies and got the run around. Until neither took responsibility for their mistake, their error Instead they blamed it on the store employee and myself. I will say Kim and the other employees are kind,professional at this location but the company as a whole is shady AF! Do not do business with Kay Jewelers or Comenity Bank Unless you want taken for a ride.... Never again.nnI had given them 5 stars up until today... Terrible way to treat your customers Kay Jewelers and Comenity Bank!
