The shoes are nice but I was carrying like 5 boxes of shoes and struggling none of the employees offered a hand.

High price on cheap made shoes that really don't have much support. $2 shoes for way over priced shoes. The material used is cheap, wonder where they are made and by who.

The guys helped us find our shoes with zero problems. The price was also reasonable. We had to get non slip shoes for work.

I thought it was wonderful and completely unexpected to be greeted and assisted at a sketchers factory outlet store. We had excellent service and they even assisted us with finding the type and size of shoes we wanted. The service was so great here I will probably never return to my local sketchers store ever again! There were also no dogs here!! The nice atmosphere of the store was completely unexpected. This was the nicest Skechers factory outlet store I have ever been to.
