Guaranteed Roofing

Guaranteed Roofing was amazing! From the estimate to cleanup, it was excellent. Our home has a steep roof, and garage, and it was completed in one day! In and out. They drape tarps and netting over everything and take care with your property like it is their own. One day we had an old tired roof, and the next day it was brand new. We highly recommend this company! Thanks for a great job!

We had storm damage to our home. A tree hit our roof and damaged the roof, gutter, soffit, fascia, etc. and we had wind damage to the shingles as well. We checked out companies on line and found Guaranteed Roofing. They had very good ratings, so we called them. They explained to our insurance adjuster where he had missed damage that was covered and why we were entitled to additional coverage. They even used code and warranty information to help explain to the insurance adjuster why we were entitled to more coverage. Everyone we dealt with was professional, from beginning to end. The roofing crew did an excellent job; and wow, were they fast. They had to repair part of the roof sheathing and then shingle the entire house. They were fast, efficient, and did a tremendous job on the roof. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with Isaac and his crew. The job supervisor, Mike, was here daily when workers were present and kept us apprised of the progress, time line and suggested some extra trim that would improve the appearance of our roof. He did the extra trim at no additional cost to us. It looked fantastic when John, the carpenter, was done. Everyone was extremely nice, hardworking and really went out of their way to make us feel like we were important to them. They took pride in their work and wanted the best looking roof for us. We don't usually give 5 stars, but their exceptional work and customer service warrant this 5 star rating.

Jeff and his team replaced my aging roof back in May. I was impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work. I was so happy with his work that we just recently had 14 windows replaced by him as well. He came out on 2 different occasions to look at the job, take measurements, and ensure we were ordering exactly what we needed. The big part of this project was replacing a huge, outdated, 1970’s style picture window. The Harvey Windows they installed, coupled with the brand-new roof, have truly transformed our home. Kudos to Jeff and his team!

Mike and his crew arrived on probably the windiest days we have had in a while, they stripped the roof on the house and the front porch. Repaired existing damage and installed a beautiful finished roof in one day. The job looks terrific and I highly recommend this company and the fine work that they do.

Late April had a wicked wind/rain storm and water leaking into my house, shingles lifted and tried to stop it didn't happen. JPW Guranteed Roofing did a nice roofing job on my house June 19, 2020. Jeff knows his business well and has a good team with Mike the supervisor that coordinated everything to make it happen. The roofing crew worked steady about 12-13 hrs to complete my house from start to finish one day. It was a very hot day and  the crew was happy to work and do a job they know best. Mike came back next day to do a final inspection and double nail check. Thanks again guys for the work you did and looks great.( Only disappointment I had was my Homeowners insurance that did not pay one penny to replace the roofing, same agency for 35 years and never put in a claim ever till this storm. They said the 15 year old roof had No Deficiencies after I sat in the attic watching rain come in  my house many times and ruined my living room ceiling and a lot of attic insulation. Be Careful who you have foe Home Owners Insurance, I told the truth and they lied!) Gene Laroux .
