Zofia S Mroczka Md

My husband starting seeing Zofia after he was diagnosed with neuropathy. She had us pay cash for the copay after she said the referral was not initially received which was no issue for us at all. We completely understood. He saw her for 2 or 3 appointments (each time waiting 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment) and she prescribed him medications to help him sleep and for his nerve pain. She kept stating she didn’t receive the referral. She dodged his calls for about 2 weeks when he said he needed to see her for her sign off release to go back to work she finally called back and said she wouldn’t see him again until she got the referral. We received proof it was sent to her 4 times and that the insurance company themselves called her to rectify the issue. She said it was too late and would only see him once we paid cash for all of the visits. She also stated she was going to send him to collections instead of working with the insurance company. When he explained again that he had the proof she said “you’re not in the medical business so you would not understand.” And hung up on him. She also would not fill any prescriptions for him, even though you can’t just stop taking the meds she prescribed. Also, she has an MRI machine she won’t fix and makes you wait until the near by hospital has openings about 1-2 months later. I would recommend doing your research for other neurologist in the area.

Zofia Mroczka has been taken care of me on and off for last ten years. She goes out of her way to make sure i get treated as a person not just a number. I understand her job is very busy at times but she does a great job keeping on top of her appointment times. Its all about respect. She will give you the respect as long as you do the same back.I have the upmost respect for her.nI give her 5 stars as the best neurologist i have ever dealt with.nThank you Zofia Mroczka

hello my name is melinda remillard. i have been a patient of dr.mroczkas for over a year maybe more.i just want to say i talk the most highly of her she is so good with me as a patient and she gets to the problem.she is not a dr that just wants throw u on medicines...that is a real dr to me.as i am scared of medicines.but i would recommenend her to anyone and i do.thankyou for being such a awesome dr...godbless.mrs.remillard
