High Pointe Church

How does one rate a church? Well, these thoughts are purely individual to me - you may find them appropriate or distasteful or somewhere in between . . . entirely your choice.nnI'll start by describing my impression of the service as friendly. Very pleasant people. That said, I couldn't help thinking of High Pointe Church as a hip young man in an Armani suit, Armani shirt open at the collar, designer pocket foulard, with sockless loafers.nnThe Church seems like a Toyota Avalon, impeccably engineered and outfitted. It's meticulous in its grounds grooming, physical planning, design and execution. Large modern video screens display the musicians' sung words. Lighting would seem very adequate for any modern stage play or show. Engineers stationed where the choir loft would be in an older church, monitor and adjust the proceedings.nnOddly, and I'm hard of hearing, so take this for what you will, there was little amplification of the Pastor's or the featured speaker's words. My wife said the same thing - hard to understand what was being said.nnI give good marks to the roughly 10 musicians on the stage; they were well groomed, enthusiastic and pleasant to listen to. Their several minute praise-hymns bookended the service.nnIt's a very physically modern Church with pleasant and gracious people and Church management that pays meticulous attention to all aspects of its presentation.

Large church, very friendly people, will pray with you and for you when ever your in need of extra prayer. Awesome kings of the Kingdom. Its a section of the church where the younger children go to learn about the Bible. They also have a large building called 24:7 for the junior and senior high school. The have there own service on Sundays with their own band. The 24 seven is incredible for your pre teens and your teens. Lots of games and entertainment for them. Extremely family oriented.

High Pointe Church isn't just a gathering of the church of JESUS followers. It is a family, and you will recognize that on your first visit. Children ministries are held in the highest regard. And a pastoral staff unmatched in the area. A visit here will not be regretted!
