lovely ladies
I had such a wonderful experience at pins to needles. Aubra when above and beyond to help me. She is a gem of a person. Would definitely recommend this place.
Disappointed this time . I used this shop in the past ( around 2 yrs ago) and I was satisfied so when I needed a zipper repair decided to go back I called first to ask for a quote and the young girl quoted me 10 to 15$ so I dropped off the coat and I was told it would take a week ! Friday I got a call it was ready and it would be 29$ and only cash or check. When I went to pick up the cost it was covered in dog hair. ( we do not have a dog). I stated to the lady this is covered with dog hair . She said do you want me to clean that . I said yes please ,she came back with scotch tape to clean it . I asked dont you have a lint roller and the answer was no not here. So I just left with the coat . Got home and had used 3 sheets of the lint roller and it was still covered so I had to wash it . spending almost 30$ for a zipper to only get it back full of dog hair was frustrating to me . I was telling my mother my frustration about this experience and she also felt like the prices went up as well I like to do business locally but not with prices and service like this
