This is the absolute worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. Ever since moving here, I’ve never gotten all of my mail. They continually forward different pieces of mail back to the senders. I had them hold my mail for 30 days for me. I went back and the woman at the counter said I had nothing. It wasn’t until recently when I got a post office box that I started actually getting some mail. When suddenly AGAIN...some of my mail was getting sent back or just not received at all. I will be filing a complaint with this mess of a business.
Have had nothing but issues since moving to our new building. A young delivery driver refuses to walk our mail to our mailboxes, the post master held our mail until we moved them when the original gentleman who was in at least his 50s if not older never had an issue. It’s gotten so out of control she refuses to walk up the driveway up my stairs and knock on my door to sign for letters that need a signature and lie leaving notices that she attempted to get a signature. Post master refuses to do anything. Poor service and even worse attitudes should consider new professions.
So i go into the putnam post office to ask about my package this morning maybe it was till there and the older woman till me i dont have time to look for it if come in they will deliver it to me last time i check i was a costomer and you help costomersud83eudd2c.
