I went in before covid 19. This is not your old DMV. People are upbeat and helpful. Understand it is not their fault if you show up without all necessary paperwork. Do some research online to make sure you have what you need.
Go with patience, have everything you need, make sure your back taxes are paid. Bring receipts. You go in prepared and a good attitude, you get the same back. Remember, its not thier fault behind the counter that you forgot or dont have what you need. Pay your fines, bills, etc. Have receipts and your good to go.

Use less, can't call or book appointment, or web site
I've never had a problem at this DMV. I like it better than the ones in the cities like Norwich. Yes there is usually a line. I wonder how many people here who have complained about the line have waited in lines (not complaining) to get concert tickets or on Black Friday??? Priorities PEOPLE!!!!
