We decided to do some significant renovations this year to our home -- moving our washer and dryer upstairs, remodeling our kitchen and our 2 bathrooms. Wendi worked closely with me along the way and I appreciated her guidance and feedback when selecting colors and design. She was always available to me and never made me feel as though I was a bother. Even with the long leadtimes during the pandemic, she kept me updated, and I appreciated it. The quality of the products they sell is excellent; the workmanship is great. I feel it is important to support our local businesses and I am more than pleased with the results.

This is my third time building a home. Chris is very helpful and spends plenty of time with each customer giving advice and ideas, but letting the customer choose exactly the finishes they love. Prices were even less than expected and quality is superb. I'm grateful my builder recommended this business. Thanks Chris!

One of the best retail experiences we've ever had!nMy wife and I were building a house and we were so incredibly happy with the service and support we received from George and Laura at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens.nThey were patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive while we took our time making the dozens of selections that were needed. After our very positive experience, I can't imagine ever shopping at another retail store if we ever needed anything in the future

Picking out flooring seemed like a big chore to me. I’m at the end of a building project, on a budget and I’m not good with visualization. Chris walked me through the process with patience and expertise and made sure I had what I needed within my budget. I am now actually pretty excited about the flooring! Very satisfied about Chris’ high level of service and professionalism and I have already recommended NEFK to others. A+.
