Re-opening after covid-19 invasion, seemed a smooth transition. They are vigilant regarding protocols for cleanliness and still run on time seeing patients. Dr. George is wonderful and the staff gets me to the treatments recommended (steroid epidurals for me) quickly. Highly recommended. When surgery time comes I trust his judgment so will have surgery wherever and with the surgeon he recommends. Love this place!

had knee replacement done by Dr. Reagan 18 months ago. Pain has been the same since surgery. At every appointment since surgery they tell me it will be better next time but no improvement yet. Pain is worse now than before the replacement. I have lost my ability to work at my farm the way I could before the surgery. I would never allow these people to treat me for any problem in the future. They are amateurs.

They will work tirelessly to keep you out of work and in pain. Eleven months and 3 referrals later I was seen by Dr George for a total of 7 minutes. Dismissive, apathetic and useless would be the best way to describe my experience. This Dr had absolutely no suggestion aside from shots for pain and seemed to know that DKH physical therapy would just put heat on my injury instead of rehabilitating the overused and injured muscles. From the front desk to the Dr. you are better off paying out of pocket to a local bodyworker , private physical therapist , or honestly a witch doctor than going through that waste of time and dehumanizing experience. If you want to heal and rejoin the workforce do not look to these frauds. It gets one star just so I can post

Doctor was very nice and professional. The billing if you get something done get it in writing. I was told my shot for my knee would be $600.00 because it was not covered by insurance. I asked ok but is there any other charges, I was told no. Then I get a bill for 127.39 I called to tell them I doubled checked and this is a mistake. I already paid the $600.00 for this! They said no we charge for the injection also and insurance did not cover that either. They admit they made a mistake and will let patients know from now on but I still had to pay. wow not going back so my replacement will be done elsewhere.

I cannot think of one good thing to say about the Putnam office. I was sent to a doctor in this office not by my choice. Just because someone calls your name while in the waiting room and puts you in an examination room does not mean you are not waiting. The longest wait was well over an hour. When I addressed it with the doctor and on my way out, I was immediately told I was being rude. The staff does not like being asked for any type of assistance, if you dare ask you will get a big sigh. The biggest problem I have noticed is the inaccurate documentation of your visit. I have received reports with other patients name on the document, incorrect information regarding my injury, wrong address, wrong employer and I could go on and on. Do not dare bring up the inaccuracies, you will get that famous sigh and possibly a tongue lashing from who ever is the recipient of your question. I am not sure why they call from a blocked number. You return their call and it goes straight to voicemail. I have had to play phone tag for one call with 8 or less return phone calls. This unprofessional behavior is the doctor's fault. They allow it and it continues. That said. It is not in your best interest to speak to the doctor about your experience with the staff. Your treatment from the staff will only get worse.
