BEWARE!!!nBrought my 6-year-old there because she had new teeth coming up behind her baby teeth on the bottom. Her regular pediatric dentistry office had no quick appointments available.nThe Dentist at Unique Dental of Putnam told me she had to have two teeth pulled and that she needed FIVE fillings. I was skeptical of her needing fillings because she brushes regularly and we take pretty good care of her teeth.nI got an appointment with a different (pediatric) dentistry office (went today) and the dentist there told me that it's quite normal for the second set of teeth on the bottom to come in behind the baby teeth. He said we didn't have to pull any teeth and that her baby teeth on the bottom would fall out in about three months. He also said she didn't have any cavities. Just very mild staining on two teeth.nnCan you believe the Guy at Unique dental wanted to pull two of my daughters’ teeth and drill and fill five others? For What? A few dollars?nnWhat a sadistic dirt-bag.

Who would ever say that getting a crown is a pleasant experience? Well, it is at Unique Dental! Dr. Allam and his staff are so caring and pleasant. They are super careful these days with the covid-19 threat, especially in such a setting. I would highly recommend this dental service.

ÉDIT: during my visit, was told I had 6-7 cavities that needed to be filled. I wasnt having any issues or pain with my teeth so I found this odd. And I had never had a cavity before as an adult. Fast forward 2 years and 2 separate dentists who reviewed my X-rays from Sadie and did cleanings on my teeth and new X-rays and they said I had no cavities! If she recommends something, I would get a second opinion not sure if it is incompetence or straight up malpractice but I’d be concerned about going there.
