The office staff are nice and friendly. I did not have too long of a wait time in the waiting room or in the exam room. Dr. Kroll asked and answered all the right questions regarding my issue. It was an overall good experience.

for Dr. Kroll, I am back in Fl , but I want to thank you for seeing me outside the office in the RAIN! I had left a message for Dr Dilella to please send you copies of the x-rays,etc but decided to come home instead. As of 8/25 it is still the same and if at next visit (9/15) it is not better, he will suggest surgery. He was about to suggest it on 9/18 until my son mentioned I was 79 y.o.! Dr. Kroll and her team are nothing short of fantastic, from the time you walk through the door, to the end of your visit. Caring, compassionate along with the best listening skills to fully understand what your concerns are. You are never rushed at this practice and everything is explained very clearly and thoroughly.
