The employees who I have dealt with inside are great - however, the actual mail lady who delivers the mail is SO lazy. She won’t bring a package to where it’s supposed to go at my home. I’ve had a lot of issues with her either not delivering my packages or not putting them in the right place.
Pleasant lady helped me out and even laughed at my self deprecating joke.
I went to the USPS to send a mail.nI had question about the certified + confirmation when sending to a PO Box.nThe clerk- Rodrigo - was really nice in explaining how to precisely fill up the format, right there at the counter.nAt other locations in Texas, where I was previously living, the person would ask you to step aside and offer no assistance.nCompletely different experience here in CT.nI mention to a friend how nice the people were at this location and he said he said also the best treatment.nMay seem dumb to review a place as post office, but I decided to do so in appreciation to the people who work over there.nThank you!nnPS: also is an old building, with a nice atmosphere that I decided to take a photo to show to my family.
Friendly, respectful, hard working staff. Always have had a positive experience at this location. Can't say the same for the other post office down the street.
I only get my money orders from their every month. And stamps .
