Had a great experience, both the owner and knephew were helpful. They have Curbide Service. I hope they are still doing this to keep all safe during this critical time.
Went in and bought some beer and asked if they do special orders. Was told yes. I put in my order and was told I’d get a call in a few days letting me know if they could get what I asked for. No call. So I called back about a week later, they told me “we’re getting to it now you’ll get a call in a day or so”. No call. Called again, got the same run around saying this person is on vacation and this person isn’t here. Was told to wait for the call again. What do you know, no call! Terrible customer service. I understand if you can’t special order, but if that’s the case, just tell me. They really need to rework their managerial staff. I’d go elsewhere.
