I’ve gone here frequently and have never had an issue . Very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable everyone there.

Honestly they’re not the best. You can get things done here but don’t expect them to follow up with you or to notify you of important things. They most likely won’t call you back when they say they will. Reception isn’t all friendly for the most part, but there are a couple good employees. The nurses are also hit or miss with friendliness or being personable.nnI’ve had many interactions with the staff and I can tell you, communication seems poor. Many conflicting answers when I had questions and had to follow up with them - I was often getting exasperated responses from an employee for simply repeating information that another employee had told me.nnIt’s fine to go here, but don’t expect to feel welcome 100% of the time or for the staff to be reliable with record keeping/follow up.

Our family has been going here for years. Our children have received excellent care. Whether routine visits or acute care, they are always timely, polite and knowledgeable.

I've never received anything but excellent care. Doctors who listen and take the time to assess. I've never been rushed when explaining my concerns and the service I receive is always kind and courteous.

Wilterdink treated my wife like a dope addict when she told him her back had extreme pain.nShe ended up having two herniated disc's if you want a doctor to not believe you and dismiss your pain he's great!
