I find both Dr Monohan and Ashley to be wonderful and intelligent professionals. It is very unfortunate that Dr Monohan is so unavailable for scheduling appointments. I’ve been told on numerous occasions that the wait to see him, as an established patient, is upwards of at least 2 months. This is truly disappointing and odd to me. Typically, the actual doctor should be available in less time than that to see patients. I’m sure he is available more often for those patients with more urgent matters, but it would be helpful to get an appointment with the actual doctor at least once in the past four years to do a skin check on me, or to see me about a concern I have. This whole situation really does bring the entire situation where the patient feels like a number close to home.nUnfortunately, I will be switching practices and travel longer distances to see a doctor in good time.
