Needed a vet for my pup who was having issues getting up and walking. Answered all my questions over the phone. Super polite, easy to work with professionals who took great care of my babe!!! Gave her great attention, a quick diagnosis, terrific Covid practices, took in a new patient and treated us with care and respect. I just switched to North Veterinary Clinic from my previous vet office of 10 years (they had serious waiting room chaos and scheduling problems, I was sick of it). Changing medical providers is always stressful, but so far, North Vet has been a total contrast to my old vet office -- calm, tranquil waiting areas with separate dog and cat sides, not overcrowded and overbooked like the previous vet. The doctor spent plenty of time in my initial appointment and was kind and compassionate. I didn't feel rushed at all. The techs and desk staff were polite and friendly. The prices for services were very reasonable. I could not be happier and I'm so glad I made the switch!
Best veterinary clinic, in the area. Dr North and all of her staff go above and beyond. Would not go anywhere else?!!
