They are horrible, they don’t care about anyone. They lock the doors half an hour early and the rent a cops in there refuse to even tell you the telephone number to call because the one you guys have listed gives a busy signal all day. I’ve been trying to get help for days
I realize there's covid-19 going on but for crying out loud could you people actually have someone who's working in the office that you can sit down and talk to this online stuff is way too complicated and the process is too slow.
Called DSS, about my account. they told me nothing they can do n I was all set till April when they send me the redeterminations papers ,in the mean time I have these bill that they won't pay cause they screw up my account
I must say this place has gotten a little better since I was there last. The staff needs to have a better attitude for sure. It's hard to have to go through social services as is, please make it better for us. thanks
Awful. Just Awful. They Constantly lose your paper work but blame it on you.
