After pandemic line goes super fast!
The nurses outside, the security guards and most of the people working inside have fantastic attitudes right now. I was really nervous as far as what to expect but almost everyone working was very nice and made the trip a pleasant experience. So glad I had my paperwork ready, this one guy behind the desk was obviously not having a great day. Also make sure you stand on your X and wear your mask and people will be nice for the most part.nAlso one guy said he made his appt this morning, mine was made weeks ago so heads up, check everyday if you need a quicker appointment.
I had a very good experience. There was. a waiting period of about 20 minutes max. The staff that was helping me was very nice and professional. It made the transaction pleasant and quick.nnIt helps to have all your paperwork in order. Make sure you got all you needed. The information is available online so check what you need.
Very busy long line but their trying to make it work.
Went during pandemic times and DANG did this place have their ship running smoothly.nnEmployees here were all super kind and respectful despite the slightly more strenuous conditions caused by covid.nnDistancing was well observed and all employees and visitors were wearing masks. The staff had such fluid execution of sorting customers to the appropriate lines and counters; everything was kept efficient.nnI even forgot a document ud83eudd26and they quickly helped me sort it out and keep things moving. The employee outside that was checking people in from the line even offered to watch my bicycle for me while I was inside ❤ufe0fnnI wish I could leave them all a tip for excellent service.
