After many years of saving, we finally were able to do the downstairs of our home! We had hardwood installed. Mike was awesome from start to finish. He offered his professional opinion that allowed us to make important decisions on layout, finish type, etc. We love how they came out! I wish I could add pictures because the difference is truly amazing. We feel like we are living in a whole new house!
Mark and his crew installed new hardwood flooring in our first floor dining room, living room, and bedrooms and carpeting in the second floor bedrooms and landing. Their workmanship is outstanding and the the result is nothing short of spectacular. The house is part of an estate and is being prepared for resale. Mark recommended colors, finishes, and styles based on his experience in dealing with houses in this situation. The installation crew was reliable and treated the house as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Amazing Hardwood Floors without reservation.
Accomodating and very good with all types of flooringnUpdate :n18 months later tile floor cracked in several spots.nCalled for repair and initially tried to charge me. Then agreed to fix for free. Sent someone over with wrong color grout and the tiles also do not match. This person installed anyway KNOWING nothing matches.nSent pictures by email and was ignored.nWas finally contacted with apology.nSolution provided wasnt adequate so i moved on and had another company install a whole new floor which was the only real solution.nnTom-nId like to update furthernThe builder was paid every cent owed to you by menHe is not out of business either - i would go get my money if i was younWhen i dealt with you directly there were no issues - unfortunately this time i could not deal directly with you - the person i sent the email and pictures to never responded until he saw the review and didnt offer to do anything other then apologize for not reading the email ( which means he got it ) he said he thought it was from someone elsenIn the end rest of work in house is very goodnI tried to call you about this couple times fyi but never heard back from you . Picked Amazing hardwood Floors to refinish our hardwood floors in our dining room,after getting 3 quotes for the job. Amazing Flooring had a competitive price so I went with them. What a good choice. The refinish came out great. The installer were great and did such a good job that I went back to Amazing Hardwood flooring when I needed carpet installed.nAnother great job. These guys are good, highly recommend!
From the salesman, to delivery guy, to the installers everything was professional & efficient. I am THRILLED with the final product as well as how perfectly clean they left my house.
