Every time I bring my mother for appointments here they are running a minimum of an hour late, with no phone calls to let us know to come later, no apologies and attitude given when I mention that this is just not acceptable. I understand doctors run behind. However this seems to be a time management, scheduling issue and not emergency issues as it happens with each visit.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! Highly unprofessional. The wait time was over an hour and then I left. It would have been an hour and a half to two hours for a simple visit. The staff was not courteous or polite.nnThe doctor was highly inappropriate and unprofessional talking poorly of patients in the hallway. Hipaa Laws were violated in this office as the staff discussed patient diagnoses in the middle of the hallway as well between patients. I highly recommend finding another eye doctor. I will never go back.

Dr. Downes performed cataract surgery on my right eye in December. She is an incredibly skilled surgeon, and the experience was painless, and very successful. Vision in my right eye is greatly improved , and I am delighted with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Downes. She is caring, efficient, thorough, and very intelligent. Her staff is terrific! They are professional and kind.

Dr. Deborah Downes and her staff are kind, knowledgeable and efficient! From the moment I called to make my very first appointment, I was treated with respect and kindness. As Dr. Downes checked my eyes she would ask for my feedback and proceed accordingly, all along explaining what she was discovering about my vision. When all was said and done she assured me that the health of my eyes was good and suggested a plan for visits going forward once a year. I had a terrific experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Dr.Deborah Downes for your eye care needs. : )

I have never had a problem here up until recently. I had a block of 3 appointments for my kids & myself. I set this up over a year ago. In that time, my appointments were canceled twice! I called complaining, the receptionist said she was awaiting the doctors schedule! She NEVER called me back. I feel like this was very unprofessional, and not healthy for my kids. I have since found a new place to go. They lost 3 patients!
