Dr. Cadman has done well for me. She listens and takes things seriously. If she doesn’t know something she’ll get the info. She spends all time needed. She will also consider patient concerns and let them be part of their care, as it should be. The staff is kind. I will say that since they became pro health (?) these recent changes have caused chaos and changes in staff, and they now are not remotely as efficient and seem to lack follow through compared to before. That’s a little disappointing because the feel has changed from small town family practice to another corporate franchise. I believe the main doctor also left so perhaps they are overloaded on patients as well. They just seem to respond much more slowly and lack follow through, which can be frustrating. I’ve gad staff, who were supposed to arrange a treatment, call me and tell me I had to arrange it myself, which wasn’t possible. She clearly had no idea what was even required. I never got that treatment, and I gave up because I was simply in no position or condition to go trying to figure out how to get it done and make them understand. Overall, I think Dr. Cadman is one of the best general physicians in this area. It’s noir easy to find decent primary care physicians around here, so she’s kind of a gem. No one is perfect, and I think she’s still pretty early in her career as far as knowledge goes, but she’s far better than most in the Manchester area and environs. She actually took diagnostic steps that others didn’t even think of or dismissed, and she is flexible in her approach. She’s very thorough.

Unprofessional, rude, and very impersonal. I was prescribed medication that I had never asked for, nor spoke to the Dr about, just bottles and bottles of medication that the insurance company is paying for mind you, ended up throwing it all away. The Dr saw all my kids one time and acted like we all had some highly contagious deadly virus. She kept backing away from my 1 year old when he came within an arms length of her. It was just a horrible feeling as a brand new patient. The worst yet is being completely ignored when I came in to the first appointment of the day explaining all my symptoms for the past 2 days and my Concern of it being my gallbladder and the amount of pain I was in. I was told to drive myself all the way on the opposite side of town on the SW line to get a scan done 3 hours later. To wait in the waiting room for the results then have the radiologist tell me that the Dr isn't answering because she's now on lunch break for an hour. Instead of telling the nurses to put thru any calls from radiology immediately, instead of having me go straight to the hospital that morning I was put thru hell that day only for her to say after her lunch break was over, go straight to the hospital, which was a street over from the Drs office. As soon as I went in they took me into emergency surgery and I ended up having such a bad case of it that I had to stay in the hospital a week longer than expected. I haven't been back to that Dr since. Trust your instincts.
