I rented Despicable Me 3 in December 2017. I returned it 2 days late. I did not wait for it to go all the way through, but I did see the screen say that it was being returned. Several weeks later, I was billed $25 for the DVD. I wrote to Instaflix via email concerning the fact that the DVD had been returned. Nothing came of it. I eventually forgot about it. For the past few days the Kiosk I rent my Instaflix videos from was OUT OF ORDER. This morning I noticed it was up and running again with some new features. Today at noon I received an email that said the Despicable Me 3 DVD was returned today. WHAT ??? I submit that it was found in the kiosk and finally posted as returned. I deserve a refund or the DVD since I was charged for a DVD I never kept. Why doesn't Instaflix have a way to speak to customer service? Or is there no customer service with your company? I need to be credited for this DVD or you should sent me a copy. Thank you.
