John D. and his crew just finished a bathroom and kitchen project for me. Their workmanship is excellent, they answered any and all questions and addressed any concerns I had thoroughly and politely, and they cleaned up very well. John checked all work meticulously. We were looking to remodel our old kitchen in our condo. John was recommended and upon meeting with him we decided, partly due to his personality to hire him to do the remodel. It took a total of 7 weeks and we could not be happier. The finished product is beautiful, John and Dennis were an absolute pleasure to work with. Promises were kept, they arrived on time and were respectful and polite. The end product was finished to our satisfaction with absolutely no complaints. We miss both John and his helper Dennis but we will use them again for future projects. If you are looking for quality work give Citywide Homes a call.
John and his crew were who I have been looking for over a year to do work on my home. I've met with countless contractors and have been quoted absolutely atrocious prices for what Citywide Homes did for a fraction of others prices.nSecondly, talk about down to earth and kind people. I have had work done where I'm not treated with basic respect or kindness as the home owner! John and how workers were so wonderful and kind, professional and then some. I have found the business I have wanted to trust with my home and will go to nobody else! He responded to me immediately on a sunday, met me the following Monday, and started the job on a Wednesday and finished Thursday evening. I could not believe the promptness and professionalism. I now have two new entryways and doors as well as a laundry list of new projects I am hiring them for in the spring! Thank you John so much!!!
John at Citywide Homes was great all around. We needed to repair the roof that was connected to the underside of our deck over our hot tub, and it was a smaller, yet unusual job that not just anyone could do. John and his team did a great job removing the old materials and installing a new one, improving on the way it was originally designed to make it more effective. John was responsive, fair and provided an excellent quality work product, and I will definitely be calling him again for future repairs and remodels!
We love Citywide Homes! I do my research thoroughly and out of 20+ contractors, they were my number 1 choice! From day one I knew John was genuine, honest and professional. We had no idea where to begin with our original 1950's home remodel and they made the experience amazing! John is very knowledgeable and his team gets the job done no matter what obstacle may arise. I can't say enough about how great Citywide Homes is. They changed our lives and we can't wait to work with them again on more projects. We won't be looking elsewhere!
