Quilting By The Yard is my favorite quilting shop. The shop is stocked with a huge selection of gorgeous Batiks! Thery only carry the highest quality of fabrics which range from digitally printed cloth to traditional quilting fabrics. The staff, Lois, Pat, Laura, and everyone else is very knowledgeable and have been able to help me with numerous quilting conundrums. They have saved many a quilt. They also offer classes, quilting supplies, kits, and they offer to quilt your finished project. I love this place.

We stopped here late on a Thursday night when we happened to be passing through CT and eating close by. I found the woman working at the shop to be very helpful. She had a great artistic eye and helped me select a fabric to match something I brought in. The fabric I bought is so beautiful I'm going to call them to see if they can send me another couple of yards.
