Loooooong wait time. Every time I’ve been there, there is a minimum 30mins wait time after your scheduled time. Every inconvenient if you are taking time off work or have something lined up. The doctor and PAs are good though.

The 1st time I came here they lost my paperwork and claimed I didnt have an appointment though I had the hand written confirmation from their office from months earlier. Years later we show up for my husbands appt, which also was booked months earlier,and again they claimed it wasn't in the system. They then *found it and asked us to reschedule. We took work off for these appointments and have to wait months for them to be so disorganized.

I've been coming here for a few years, everyone is nice and I've had no problems. However, I've always had to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, even if you have first appt of the day. Be prepared.
