9:15 appointment, got into the office by 9. Had several suspicious areas checked and handled. Overall good experience and I have been a patient for probably 20+ years.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with this Practice. The people who greet me are pleasant, the PA as well as the Doctor have always been patient and informative with answering all my questions and educating me on what to look out for. I moved out of state and had to look up the address for medical release paperwork and saw the negative reviews. Some people are never satisfied and have nothing but bad things to say. It’s unfortunate when this is a wonderful practice and all the people who work there are doing their best. Maybe they shouldn’t be late to their appointments!

Wait time for me was 10 minutes at the most. Staff has always been accomadating and professional. Very happy to have a Dermatologist in the area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bain's for over 10 years. I have never had a problem in her office. The wait time has always been reasonable and her staff has been courteous to me. I highly recommend this office.

Don't be 1 second late. Because the time you wait in line they try and say was shorter than it was. I got there on time maybe 1 minute late. Waited in line 10 minutes and then argued with the bitter miserable mean receptionist that it was 5 minutes and I was too late to be seen. Just because she doesn't know how to do her job I had to reschedule when I have problems that need to be seen know not in 3 weeks. Your time doesn't mater to them, just their time and your money.
