If I could give 0 stars I would. Be aware I will be very descriptive so you can truly see how much of a horrible doctor he is. I went in for stomach issues, I’m either constipated and extreme horrible diarrhea. I would go almost a week and a half without passing an actual bowel besides little sprinkles here and there. Always extremely bloated and gasy. Has been going on for about a year. So I walk in and I don’t even see the doctor, a nurse talks to me and schedules xrays, ultrasound and an colonoscopy. I don’t meet the doctor until 1 minute before my colonoscopy and for a second after my procedure. Then I wait about a week for a nurse to call me to tell me to take miralax and that everything looks good and we will see you in 5 years! Ok so I stay calm and take miralax...still have an issue, nothing has changed and I got 0 help from the doctor but he was quickly to charge my insurance. I never give reviews but I don’t think this was right So that’s my story, if it helps someone find a better doctor, awesome! If not, well I needed to get this out. :)

Dr. Hemacha, you may want to consider some staff changes. In addition, at times, it’s a pain to get prescriptions refilled at your office. Refills can go unfilled for weeks and weeks - as a patient, I have to call over and over again. Sometimes, a stop into the office is the only choice. The young lady from Europe/Middle East is excellent and she does care about her work.

I really like Dr Hemacha and most of his staff, but the old woman at the window is flat out rude. I said thank you to her for handing me a coupon, she turned around like she didn’t hear me, so I thanked her again and I know she heard me but yet no response. It’s upsetting as a patient that someone who works in healthcare, assisting (supposedly assisting) patients with care and decency. And this isn’t the first time she’s been dismissive or abrupt with me. If that’s who’s going to greet me at the window with that attitude, then I will be looking for a new provider after this procedure who has a more friendlier person to greet their customers. People pay too much for insurance and copays for attitude. Don’t like your job, retire someone will gladly take your place!

some members of the team are rude. Not very helpful and don't look out for the best interest of their patients or advocate for their patients. The patient have to do all the research and find out options on their own. 0 customer skills
