My family has been with Rockville family for a few years! We have always been treated with kind and caring service, they have always accommodated our needs. Polite, professional. Highly recommend. We will be with them for years to come!

Went to the emergency room today and was given their number for follow up. They refused to give me an appointment even though they have a contract with rockville to do so. Horrible horrible people at this place.

Communication through patient portal is a great idea in theory but not too efficient.nHaven't had much faith in their diagnostic skills. I have seen both the doc and one aprn both of whom are nice but couldn't figure out what was going on with me. Seeing a new aprn and hopefully she will restore my faith. At this juncture with medicine being corporate instead of personal, I can't put all the fault on the practice.

I will not attend Rockville Family Practice (RFP) office again. I went there after receiving a positive pregnancy test and the GP there (I don’t know her name because any time I have gone, I see various doctors), said I had a chemical pregnancy because their test came back negative. I explained my symptoms and that multiple home tests came back positive. I went to a different doctor, an OBGYN, which they reported and proved that what RFP said was false. The doctor I saw at RFP didn’t even attempt to suggest a blood test or anything. She completely written me off as not pregnant and wanted me out of the door. Us patients are nothing but $$ to these “doctors.” I’m better Off seeing a naturopathic doctor who actually cares about my health instead of a doctor who is getting paid a generous salary to just push me out of the door. I am even better off diagnosing myself off Dr. Google and finding home remedies. Please, try to see a naturopath if you can and if your insurance allows it. These people don’t care about your health and wellness- they care about your co pay and pushing you out of the door.

Rude receptionists, they turn their phones off so you can get through. They never call you back. I called at 11:40 and the phones said closed for lunch from 12-1 it wasn’t even 12 yet. I didn’t feel like a patient to them, they made me feel like I didn’t matter and they didn’t seem to care about what I was going through
