Amazing customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I just bought a house that came with a Harmon pellet stove. It turns out Phelps did not install it but the treated me like they had. I will buy my pellets and have my stove serviced by them after my initial experience. Great company.

I had Brian put in my pellet stove in 2019.nI am so happy with the servicenThe stove works great it’s a harmen p43 ,my house is toastynI buy my pellets from him also ,I get the 20 pound bags ,I pour one bag in the morning and a bag at nightnI don’t want to lift the 40 pound bagsnBrian taught me to clean it ,I was a little worried at first but it’s as easy as 123nI would definitely recommend Phelps and sons to everyone
