After my call Eco arrived within 2 days. Michael called first and upon arrival explained the yellow-jacket situation. He was very thorough and explained the process to me. I'm very pleased with the work, and am happy to say I can now use the door and walkway that was off limits due to the aggressive nature of the bees.
Today we had Jervis out to our house to remove bait stations that we no longer needed. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. He had such a great demeanor, so thank you for such a positive experience Jervis. :)
